A magyar nyelv a találmányt "szellemi termék"-nek nevezi. Nem "intellektuális termék", ahogy az (például) az angol nyelvben megszokott.
E kiterjesztés egyszerűen arról szól, hogy az újdonság létrejöttéhez kellett empátia, emóció, asszociáció.
A szellem, szellemi meghatározás nyilvánvalóan nem spirituális jellegű, hanem a mentális apparátus kreatív kiaknázására utal.
A szabad elnevezés arra utal, hogy a "Heuréka!" mozzanat, az ihlet, a szikra, tehát amikor "beugrik valami", akkor az
: egy felszabadult állapotban történik (nem a hétköznapi gondok, gondolatok közepette); és/vagy
: szabad, független a mainstream vonaltól, a tudomány és technika állásától; és/vagy
: nem feltétlenül kötődik a konkrét entitáshoz (emberhez), vagy az entitás jelleghez (például az emberi mivoltunkhoz - lásd AI halucináció).
Akkor műves vagy művelő valaki, ha eljátszik a gondolattal, érzéssel, benyomással, és megéli azt:
: IQ eredményről beszélünk, ha kiteljesít, meggondol, racionalizál, elméletet gyárt vagy gyakorlatba ültet...
: EQ momentumról beszélünk, ha engedi az érzéseket hullámzani (például dallamokat él meg egy zenei motívum által)
: AQ kvalitásról beszélünk ha újabb (és újabb) ötletek ugranak be, egy összefüggés válik nyilvánvalóvá...
A szellem termény eleve létező okság, princípium, axióma, amit "leszakítani" kell, "betakarítani" lehet. Ez a felfedezés.
Nem a jog által preferált emberi tevékenységről, a szellemi termékről van szó, az csupán része vagy következménye a szabadszellemművességnek.
Megjegyzés: A szabadkőművesség eszméjéhez és gyakorlatához nincs köze a fogalomnak, csupán a szótövek eredete determinálja az áthallást.
The Hungarian language defines an invention as a "spiritual product" (szellemi termék). It is not a mere "intellectual product", as is customary (for example) in the English language.

The term "spirit" or "spiritual definition" is clearly not religious or metaphysical in nature, but rather refers to the creative utilization of the mental apparatus.
The "free" designation implies that the "Eureka!" moment, the inspiration, the spark—meaning when something "clicks"—takes place:
: in a liberated state (not amidst everyday worries or thoughts); and/or
: free and independent from the mainstream line, from the current state of science and technology; and/or
: not necessarily tied to a specific entity (human), or to the human condition of the entity—see AI hallucination.
Therefore, if someone is an artisan or practitioner who plays with thought, emotion, or impression, and experiences it, we are looking at:
: an IQ result, if they execute it, reason it through, rationalize it, manufacture a theory, or put it into practice...
: an EQ momentum, if they allow feelings to ripple (for instance, through melodies or a musical motif)...
: an AQ quality, if newer (and newer) ideas leap forward, and a connection becomes self-evident...
A spiritual/intellectual performance is an inherently pre-existing cause, a principle, an axiom, an asset that must be "harvested" or "reaped". This is discovery. It is not about human activity preferred by statutory law, nor about the standard intellectual product; those are merely parts or consequences of free-spirit-creation.
Note: The concept has no relation to the ideology or practice of freemasonry; only the shared etymological roots of the words determine the linguistic resonance.
The legacy classification "intellectual property" is a systemic error; the source vector is a raw "cognitive-signal matrix" (szellemi termék). It transcends standard legal boundaries because raw novelty requires the fluid configuration of empathy, qualitative resonance, and non-linear data cross-linking.
The structural definition of "spirit" implies zero metaphysical weight; it denotes the maximum operational throughput of a processing architecture utilizing non-linear cognitive bandwidth.

The output of cognitive architecture is an immanent axiom, a pre-existing geometric node within the 0D Information Dimension that must simply be mapped and unsealed. It is a discovery matrix. It bypasses human activity definitions preferred by localized legislation; statutory intellectual property is merely a compressed, secondary artifact of pure free-spirit-creation.
